Thank you for reading through this and hopefully for not making fun of me. So: How many pieces of legendary junk do you usually get with your junk pets? I understand it may as well be just luck. Of course they sometimes come back with 2-3, but it felt like i was getting more out of them than out of the legendary pets. But i have also had runs when they came back with 7, and once even 8 pieces of legendary junk. Dwellers with lower percentage pets, on the other hand, usually bump into legendary junk 3-4 times a run and double some of it, and with average luck (actual luck, not stat) bring home 5-6 pieces. I'm not very good with math and haven't even tried to solve it, but wouldn't lower percentage junk pets be actually more proficient? I mean, with those 99 and 96% they double every piece of junk you find - thus shortening the trip considerably, resulting mostly with two pairs of legendary junk. So I've been using my two legendary wasteland junk cats and observed that the explorers were actually bringing less legendary junk than those with pets with like 30-60% wasteland junk bonus.
