Some item changes for more balancing will also occur in this season, such as the Bones of Rathma set going through an extensive overhaul. There will also be many skill changes that will affect gameplay for the Scoundrel, Templar, and Enchantress. Many of these cosmetics are obtainable in game and can be found at any time, but there are also many that are rewarded from other Blizzard games as well as during new Seasons and Events.
Fate's Lapse: When taking a deathblow, the Enchantress speeds up the movement through time for 3 to 7 seconds to avoid death based on the Enchantress's Intelligence. Diablo 3 is home to many cosmetics that you can gather as you adventure through Sanctuary including Pets, Wings and Transmogs.Prophetic Harmony: Skill Cooldowns drop by 5% to 10% based on the Enchantress's Intelligence.Amplification: The highest static elemental bonus gets increased by 5% to 10% based on the Enchantress's Intelligence.Temporal Pulse: A guided orb gets cast that both deals 150% weapon damage and slows enemies by 80% for 3 to 6 seconds based on the Enchantress's Intelligence.The attack pierces and increases damage done to enemies by 10% for 3 to 6 seconds.
